Last updated: 27 August 2026

01Introduction

This Policy explains how personal data is processed on the Aura Living Collection website, including the contact form and AURA assistant, under the GDPR and applicable Portuguese law. It primarily concerns the website and contacts made through it. Future services for members or residents may be subject to additional, specific privacy information.

02Who we are

08Legal bases

Responses to enquiries about availability, pricing or contracting rely on pre-contractual steps requested by the individual. Voluntary enquiries of a general nature may be processed on the basis of AURA LUXURY, LDA's proportionate legitimate interest in replying. Consent is used separately for non-essential technologies and can be withdrawn at any time.

09Contact form

The form collects name, email, optional phone, interest and optional message. Data submitted voluntarily is used to reply to the enquiry, provide the requested information, manage availability requests, answer questions about prices, services or terms, take pre-contractual steps requested by the individual and follow up on the relationship initiated by them. Privacy information appears beside the form without a mandatory consent checkbox. The form works without Analytics or Marketing consent. Content is not sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads; with Marketing consent, only a technical conversion event without personal data may be sent.

10AURA assistant

The AURA artificial-intelligence assistant uses technology supplied by AENVO. AURA LUXURY, LDA is the controller in this context.

Depending on the information voluntarily provided by the user, processing may include a name, contact details, conversation content, information requests, preferences, stated needs, interest in Aura Living Collection, technical data necessary for the service and, when voice interaction is chosen, audio and its transcription. These categories are not necessarily collected in every interaction.

Text or voice information may be processed through AENVO infrastructure and providers necessary for the service. AURA is optional and the other contact methods remain available.

11AENVO as processor

AENVO supplies the technological infrastructure used by AURA and acts exclusively as AURA LUXURY, LDA's technology provider and processor, processing data on its behalf and under its instructions. It provides the technological channel for receiving, processing and returning to AURA LUXURY the information necessary to operate the assistant. AURA LUXURY retains control and responsibility for the processing; AENVO does not own the personal data.

AENVO is not authorised to use Aura Living Collection data for its own purposes, including its own marketing or advertising, commercial prospecting, independent profiling or databases, sale or disclosure, independent general training of its models or systems, or any purpose incompatible with AURA LUXURY's instructions.

12Text, voice, recording and transcription

When the visitor chooses voice interaction, voice may be captured and audio may be transmitted to the systems required for the service, processed and transcribed to understand and answer the request, maintain conversational continuity and context, and provide requested follow-up. Audio and/or transcription may be retained temporarily where necessary for operation, security and continuity of the service, contextual identification of the speaker without biometric identification, or understanding the needs communicated.

These data are processed exclusively in the context of the relationship with AURA LUXURY and provision of the requested service. AENVO may not use them for its own marketing or advertising, independent profiling or independent general training of its systems. A notice appears before first use and the microphone can start only after the visitor acts. Do not share sensitive or unnecessary data.

13Biometric voice identification

The public website and AURA assistant do not currently use voice for unequivocal biometric identification and do not process biometric data for that purpose. If biometric identification or authentication features are offered in the future, including in services for members or residents, individuals will first receive specific information about the processing conditions, purposes, legal basis, retention periods and applicable rights. The legally required assessments, safeguards and procedures will be completed before activation; the feature will be optional, will offer non-biometric alternatives and, where required, will depend on separate explicit consent.

14Google Analytics

The site is prepared for Google Analytics 4 when a valid Measurement ID is configured. Data may include pages, interactions, traffic source, browser, device, session, online identifiers and an IP address processed by Google infrastructure.

GA4 does not load before Analytics consent. This implementation sends no names, emails, telephone numbers, messages or AURA content and enables neither Google Signals nor user-provided data.

15Google Ads

Google Ads tag AW-18399824994 measures the conversion linked to a successful form submission. The tag and event load only after Marketing/Advertising consent and include no form fields or content.

No remarketing, Enhanced Conversions, Customer Match or personalised advertising was found in this implementation and none is presented as active.

17Special categories of data

The website, form and AURA do not request health, biometric, genetic, religious, racial, sexual-orientation, password, banking or identity-document data. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information.

18Recipients

Data may be accessed by authorised AURA LUXURY, LDA staff, strictly necessary providers and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

19Processors and providers

AENVO processes AURA data for AURA LUXURY, LDA. Vercel supports hosting and, with consent, aggregate statistics. Google services are used as described for analytics or advertising measurement. Secure routing of form enquiries uses technical providers necessary to deliver the communication.

20International transfers

Some global technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, AURA LUXURY, LDA uses a valid GDPR transfer mechanism and the applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, as appropriate.

21Retention

Data is retained only for as long as needed for each purpose, taking account of enquiry follow-up, any pre-contractual or contractual relationship, legal duties, limitation periods and the need to demonstrate GDPR compliance.

AURA interactions, transcriptions, temporary audio, technical logs and backups follow limited periods defined by operational need, security and legal duties. Data is erased or anonymised when no longer needed, except where the law requires retention.

22Security

Proportionate measures include HTTPS, server-side validation, minimised transmission, secret protection and errors without personal data. No system guarantees absolute security.

23Your rights

  • access
  • rectification
  • erasure
  • restriction
  • objection
  • portability where applicable
  • withdrawal of consent
  • complaint to a supervisory authority

24Right to erasure

You may ask AURA LUXURY, LDA to erase data, including contact enquiries or AURA interactions where applicable. We assess requests under the GDPR and instruct processors, including AENVO, where applicable.

The right is not absolute; data may be retained for legal duties or another GDPR ground.

25Exercising your rights

Requests go to AURA LUXURY, LDA. We may ask only for information needed to verify identity. Use the same contact for AURA information; you do not need to contact AENVO directly.

tiago@auralivingcollection.com

26Withdrawing consent

Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies and technologies through “Manage Cookies”, with future effect and as easily as it was given. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or applicable legal duties. Relevant Google states update to denied and the page reloads where needed to prevent further loading.

27CNPD

You may complain to Portugal's Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados — CNPD, without prejudice to contacting us first.

Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD)

28Children

The website is intended for adults and does not intentionally collect children's data. Contact us if you believe data was provided without an appropriate basis.

29Automated decisions

AURA is an information and support tool. It is not used for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

30External services

The site contains the AENVO widget, external links and a Google map loaded only when requested. These services may apply their own terms. Do not place personal information in URLs or query parameters.

31Changes to this Policy

The Policy may change for legal, technical or operational reasons. Material changes to purposes or consent categories may require a new choice.
